Course Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ticket Refund

In-person course tickets are fully refundable up until 2 weeks before the event. By canceling your participation later than 2 weeks before the event, there is no refund. However, SmileFy is offering you a place at the next courses you purchased your ticket for at no additional costs.
Online course tickets are not refundable. However, SmileFy is offering you a place at the next courses you purchased your ticket for at no additional costs, in case you need to postpone your online course.

How to request a Refund

To request a refund please contact support@smilefy.com.
Your refund will be delivered to the same card used for the purchase. Refunds should be received on your credit card within 5-10 business days after written confirmation.

Canceled Events

SmileFy may cancel an event 4 weeks before the planned training date. All participants will be notified about the cancellation per email and text message. The ticket will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. Refunds should be received within 5-10 business days after the notification.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

SmileFy may postpone or reschedule an event latest 4 weeks before the planned event date. All participants will be notified about the event date change per email and text message. Your tickets will be valid for the new event date at no extra costs. If you are unable to make the new event date please contact us at support@smilefy.com for further training dates or refund.
